Most jewellery brands don't offer warranty. We offer a 4-year PVD finish warranty plus a lifetime guarantee on the threaded closure. Here's what that actually means in practice.

4-year PVD finish warranty

If the PVD coating on your pendant fails — flakes, peels, or wears through to the steel underneath — within 4 years of purchase, we replace the pendant free of charge.

Covered: spontaneous flaking, premature wear-through with normal use, finish defects from manufacturing.
Not covered: hairline scratches from impact (PVD is hard, but a direct hit on concrete will show), damage from chemical exposure (acetone, paint thinner, bleach), intentional abrasion (e.g. polishing the finish off).

Lifetime closure warranty

If the threaded closure ever fails — strips, jams, or won't seal — we replace the pendant free of charge for the lifetime of the product. The threaded mechanism is the most-used part of the pendant; we stand behind it forever.

Lifetime hardware warranty

The bail (where the chain threads through), the chain clasp, and the carry pouch hardware are covered for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear isn't covered — chain links worn thin from years of use are normal.

How to claim

  1. Email goblowau@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number
  2. We assess within 48 hours
  3. If covered, we ship a replacement (or repair, if the issue is fixable) — free for AU, paid by us for international
  4. Original item not required to be returned in most cases

What's NOT covered (be honest)

  • Loss or theft
  • Damage from drops onto hard surfaces (PVD is scratch-resistant, not impact-proof)
  • Damage from sustained chemical exposure (chlorine pools daily for years, acetone, etc.)
  • Wear-and-tear on the chain (thinning links over years of daily use)
  • Cosmetic patina that develops with normal wear

Why we offer this

Because we know our materials. machined stainless steel and proper PVD coating last. If you do break it through normal use, that's a manufacturing problem, not a customer problem. Standing behind it costs us less than building a brand on warranty fights.
