If the threads ever fail, we'll re-cut them. Forever.

Most jewellery brands cover "manufacturing defects" for 12 months, then walk away. We don't. The threaded closure is the load-bearing engineering on a GoBlow pendant — and we stand behind that engineering for the lifetime of the piece.

If the threads ever wear out, strip, or fail to seal — we'll re-cut them. Free of charge. Year one. Year ten. Year twenty.

What's covered

Thread re-cut — if the cap stops sealing properly. Includes shipping both ways within Australia.
Re-polish on the same return — bring it back to mirror finish
PVD touch-up on coated finishes (Black / Gold / Rose Gold / Rainbow) — wear-and-tear restoration, with a minimum case-aged 24 months
Re-engraving if the original engraving fades (rare — engravings are laser-cut, not surface-etched)

What's not covered

Loss or theft (insure separately, your call)
Major physical damage from machinery / crushing / drilled holes
Modifications by third-party jewellers
Chain replacement (chains have a 2-year warranty separate from this lifetime cover)

How to claim

Email warranty@goblow.com.au with photos of the issue and your order number
We'll respond within 2 business days with a prepaid return-shipping label (AU customers — international customers, return shipping is at your cost; we cover the return-to-you cost)
Re-cut/re-polish turnaround is ~3 weeks from receipt

Why we can offer this

Because we use 316L marine-grade stainless that re-threads cleanly, and because we own the design and the tooling. Most jewellery brands can't make this offer because they don't control the manufacturing — they retail finished pieces from a wholesaler. We don't.
