GoBlow ships from Melbourne, Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Australian shipping

Standard shipping: $15 AUD

Express shipping: $25 AUD

International shipping

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, with DHL Express available on most routes. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout (DDP) where supported, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email hello@goblow.com.au with your order number.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@goblow.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort
