How we ship

  • Every order leaves our Abbotsford QC bench within 5 business days of order placement
  • Engraved orders take the same time — no additional production delay
  • You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel scans into the courier system
  • Mailers are black recyclable cardboard, tissue is FSC paper, leather pouch is from Melbourne saddlery offcuts

Returns — 15 days, no questions

  • You have 15 days from delivery to return for any reason — change of mind, doesn't suit, wrong colour
  • Just email returns@goblow.com.au with your order number — we'll send a prepaid return label (AU only; international is at your cost)
  • Item must be unworn and in original packaging (gift box, tissue, pouch)
  • Refund processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return

What we don't refund

  • Engraved pieces (the engraving is yours forever — we can't restock them). Engraved orders are eligible for warranty repair only.
  • Items damaged from misuse (drops, machinery, third-party modification)
  • Return shipping cost from international destinations

Warranty

Separate page: lifetime threading warranty. The short version: if the threads ever wear or fail to seal, we re-cut them. Forever.
