International Shipping FAQ

Everything we get asked about shipping GoBlow internationally. If you're in NZ, UK, US, EU, or Canada — start here.

Where do you ship?

Australia (home market), New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, USA, EU member states (excluding sanctions-listed countries), Singapore (currently restricted — we'll update when this changes).

If you don't see your country at checkout, email hello@goblow.com.au — we may be able to ship via custom arrangement.

What's the transit time?

Times measured from dispatch (1-3 business days after order). Add 1-3 days for customs clearance on non-DDP routes.

Will I pay duties / customs?

UK customers: No surprises. We ship UK orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — VAT and any duties are calculated and paid at our checkout, included in the price you see in GBP. Nothing additional at the door.

EU customers: We use IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) — VAT calculated and collected at our checkout, no surprise charges from courier.

USA customers: Currently shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for orders under $800 USD — typically no duty on small jewellery/EDC orders into the US under that threshold. Above $800, customs duties apply per US Customs.

Canadian customers: Standard CBSA duty + GST/HST may apply. Estimate ~5-15% of order value. Paid to courier on delivery.

NZ customers: No duty on orders under NZD $1,000 personal-use threshold. GST collected by Customs on imports under specific conditions; couriers typically handle this.

Are prices in my currency?

Yes. Prices auto-convert based on your detected location:

• UK: GBP (VAT-inclusive)
• USA: USD
• EU: EUR (VAT-inclusive)
• Canada: CAD

What carrier do you use?

For most international orders: DHL eCommerce Parcel International Direct (DDP routes for UK/EU). For others: Australia Post International Standard (with backup to DHL Express on request).

Tracking is included on every order. You'll receive the tracking number when your order ships.

My order is stuck — what now?

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days within the expected transit window, reply to your shipping confirmation email. We'll chase the carrier directly within 24h.

Common reasons for delays: customs hold (rare), missed scan (most common — package keeps moving), incorrect shipping address (rare but possible — verify your address email confirmation).

Lost in transit — what's the policy?

If your order is genuinely lost (carrier confirms no delivery, no missed-scan resolution after 30 days), we ship a free replacement immediately. No questions, no return required for the original (it's not in your possession anyway).

Returns from outside Australia?

Yes — same 15-day satisfaction guarantee per our returns policy. International return shipping is the customer's expense (~$25-40 depending on origin). For defective items: free replacement, no return required.

Wrong item / wrong finish — international?

Same policy as domestic. We send a replacement immediately — keep the wrong item or pass it on. No return shipping cost on our errors.
