Returns + Warranty
Sometimes the finish doesn't sit right, the gift didn't land, or the piece arrived faulty. Whatever the reason — here's how returns and replacements work at GoBlow.
15-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with your GoBlow within 15 days of delivery, you have three paths:

Defective or damaged on arrival
Different rules apply if the piece arrived broken, has a manufacturing fault, or fails within the warranty period:
- 0–30 days: Free replacement, no return required. Send a photo, we ship a new one.
- 30 days – 12 months: Free replacement under our manufacturing warranty (covers threading, finish defects, weld integrity). Send a photo + describe the issue.
- 12+ months: Lifetime warranty on machining defects only — we'll replace at our cost. Wear-and-tear and impact damage not covered.
Engraved orders
Personalised engravings are final sale — we can't refund or exchange a piece engraved with someone's initials. Manufacturing warranty (above) still applies if there's a fault unrelated to the engraving.
This is why our engraving flow includes a digital proof step before we engrave — you approve the exact text + position before we touch the piece.
How to start a return
- Email hello@goblow.com.au with subject "Return request"
- Include: order number, finish, reason for return, photos if defective
- We reply within 24 hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number + return address (Melbourne)
- Pack the piece in its original box if possible (otherwise any padded mailer is fine), include the RMA number on the outside
- Ship via your preferred carrier — keep the tracking number, send it to us
- Once received and inspected (usually 1–3 business days), refund processed within 24 hours OR replacement shipped within 24 hours

Melbourne, VIC, Australia (full address provided in your RMA email — please don't ship anything back without contacting us first; unauthorised returns may be returned to sender).
FAQs
Do I have to pay return shipping?
For change-of-mind: yes (typically $10–15 within AU via Australia Post). For defects/warranty: no, we cover it OR send a replacement without requiring return.
Can I return a gift?
Yes — within 15 days of original delivery date. We can refund to the original payment method (the gifter sees the refund) OR issue store credit to you (the gifter doesn't see anything).
What if my piece arrives within the 15-day window but I don't open it for a month?
The 15-day window starts from delivery (per tracking). If you opened it on day 30 and want to return, you're outside the standard window — we offer 50% store credit as a courtesy.
Can I return a Stacks unit if I bought it as part of a Triple set?
No — bundle items must be returned as the full bundle (i.e. all three sections). Partial bundle returns aren't possible because the discount applied to the full set.
Refund timing?
Once we receive and inspect (1–3 business days), refund processed within 24h. Card refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (bank-side, not us). PayPal/AfterPay refunds appear in 1–2 business days.
International returns?
Yes, same 15-day window. International return shipping is the customer's expense (typically $25–40). We recommend defective items get a free replacement (no return needed) instead — saves everyone the international postage.
The simpler version: If something's wrong, email hello@goblow.com.au. We'll make it right within a week — usually within a day. We'd rather you be happy with the piece than win a refund argument.
