How to Track Your GoBlow Order: Step-by-Step

Tracking your order takes 30 seconds once you know where to look. Here's the path.

Step 1: Find your tracking number

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you'll get a "Your order has shipped" email with the tracking number. Subject line: "Your GoBlow order #XXXX has shipped — tracking inside".

Can't find the email? Check spam, then your archive folder. If still nothing, email goblowau@gmail.com with your order number — we'll resend.

Step 2: Open the tracking link

The email contains a clickable tracking link that goes straight to the courier's status page.

  • Australian orders: Australia Post tracking page
  • International orders: DHL eCommerce tracking page
  • Express international: DHL Express tracking page (faster, more granular)

Step 3: What the statuses mean

  • "Order received": we've got your order, packing in progress
  • "Dispatched": handed to the courier, in transit
  • "In transit": moving through the network
  • "Out for delivery": on the truck today
  • "Delivered": in your letterbox or with neighbour

Step 4: If tracking hasn't moved

Tracking can pause for 1–2 days at handoff points (warehouse to courier, between regional hubs, customs clearance). This is normal. If no movement for 5+ business days, email us — we'll chase the courier.

Common issues and fixes

  • "Delivered" but you don't have it: check with neighbours, your building's parcel locker, or the courier's "safe drop" location. If still missing after 24 hours, email us — we'll lodge an investigation.
  • Address typo: if you spotted an address error, email immediately. If we haven't shipped yet, we can correct it. If it's already in transit, we may need to wait for return-to-sender before resending.
  • Wrong item received: photo us, we'll send the correct item with no return required for the wrong one.
