Shipping times are the most over-promised part of e-commerce. Here are the actual delivery windows we hit, based on Australia Post and DHL eCommerce performance over the past year.

Australia (free over $100)

  • Standard: 2–4 business days metro, 4–7 days regional. Free over $100.
  • Express: 1–2 business days metro, 2–4 days regional. $12 flat.
  • Same-day Melbourne metro: available for orders placed before 11am — $25 flat (email us to arrange).

New Zealand

  • Standard: 5–7 business days. NZD ~$18.
  • Express: 2–3 business days. NZD ~$28.
  • No customs hassle under NZD 1,000.

United Kingdom

  • Standard: 7–10 business days via DHL eCommerce. £15 GBP.
  • Express: 3–5 business days via DHL Express. £30 GBP.
  • VAT pre-paid at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery.

Canada

  • Standard: 7–10 business days via DHL eCommerce. CAD ~$22.
  • Express: 3–5 business days. CAD ~$38.
  • GST/PST/HST applied at delivery — displayed transparently at checkout.

EU (most countries)

  • Standard: 9–14 business days via DHL eCommerce. €18.
  • Express: 4–6 business days. €34.
  • VAT and any duties handled at delivery — landed cost shown before checkout.

What "business days" actually means

We ship Monday–Friday from Melbourne. Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Public holidays (state and federal) push that out by a day.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Track via the courier's website (Australia Post for AU, DHL eCommerce for international).

If your order is late

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, email goblowau@gmail.com. We'll chase the courier and either accelerate or reship.
