GoBlow Returns Policy Explained: 15 Days, No Questions, Here's How

Buying jewellery online means betting that you'll like it in the hand. We make that bet easy: 15 days to return any unworn item for a full refund. Here's exactly how it works.

What's covered

Any GoBlow product (pendant, chain, Stacks, Full Kit, Cleaning Brush) returned within 15 days of delivery. Item must be unworn, in original packaging, with all accessories included. We don't accept returns on items showing signs of use — scratches on the pendant, kinks in the chain, opened cleaning brushes.

How to start a return

  1. Email goblowau@gmail.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll send a return shipping label within 24 hours (free for AU, paid by customer for international)
  3. Pack the item back in its original presentation box
  4. Drop at any Australia Post outlet using the prepaid label
  5. Refund processed within 3 business days of arrival back at our Melbourne facility

What happens to the refund

Full original purchase amount returned to the original payment method. Discount codes (BLOWIT10) are not re-issued — but you can use it again on a future order.

Edge cases

  • Gift returns: if you received GoBlow as a gift, we can refund as store credit without notifying the gift-giver. Email us with the order number from the gift card.
  • Wrong finish: happy to swap to another finish within the 15-day window — no need to return-then-reorder, we'll process as a single exchange.
  • Damaged on arrival: photo us at goblowau@gmail.com within 48 hours, we replace the item free of charge with no return required.

What about after 15 days?

Beyond 15 days, returns aren't covered — but the 4-year PVD warranty still applies for finish defects, and we replace defective threading or hardware free for the lifetime of the product. Email us, we'll sort it.

Why 15 days, not 30?

Because most people decide within a week. 15 days is enough to wear it for a weekend, decide it's not for you, and post it back. Longer windows lead to more "I forgot to send it back" cases that benefit nobody.
