FAQ
Can I be both an affiliate and a wholesale stockist? Yes. See wholesale terms — separate program, separate payout.
Do you do gifted-only collabs? Rarely. If your audience is a perfect fit and you don't want commission, we'll consider it — but commission earns you more in 30 days than a free pendant.
What's the AOV? A$185 average. Top affiliates earn A$300-800/month on 20-30 sales.
Can I post on TikTok / IG / YouTube? All of them. We'll send you a creator brief with messaging do/don't and our brand kit.
Are claims regulated? Yes — Australia ACL s.18 covers paid endorsements. You must disclose with #ad or #sponsored when posting with your code. We'll send the full ACCC compliance one-pager on approval.
