The before state

Late 20s to mid 30s. Goes to 3–6 festivals a year — Splendour, BTV, Spilt Milk, plus the Sydney/Melbourne club circuit. Has tried every form of carry: bumbags (flagged), pocket vials (lost three), small zip pouches inside socks (works but uncomfortable), the friend who carries for the group (not sustainable).

The recurring problem
