Lifetime guarantee. We guarantee every GoBlow against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Email hello@goblow.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we repair or replace it. Covers structural failure and the threaded seal; excludes normal wear, scratches, loss, and misuse.

60-day returns. Change your mind within 60 days — return it unused and in original condition for a refund of the item price.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
