Lifetime guarantee. We guarantee every GoBlow against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Email hello@goblow.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we repair or replace it. Covers structural failure and the threaded seal; excludes normal wear, scratches, loss, and misuse.

60-day returns. Change your mind within 60 days — return it unused and in original condition for a refund of the item price.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
