For orders of 10 or more units, we offer bulk pricing, mixed-finish packing slips, and consolidated invoicing. For orders of 50+ we produce a custom card insert with your company message.

Lead time? Orders ship from Melbourne within 5 business days, most within 1 to 2. Bulk orders (10+ units): 5–7 business days.
International offices? Yes. We ship to most countries via DHL eCommerce. Email us with the destination list.
Invoicing or PO terms? For orders over $1,500 AUD we issue a tax invoice with 14-day terms. Email luigi@turcoventures.com.
Returns? Standard 60-day returns on unused, unopened units. Personalised orders are non-returnable but we replace any defective units.
