GoBlow MKI vs MKII: what actually changed

What the MKI got right

The original GoBlow pendant earned its place: machined 316 stainless, a threaded seal, a press-to-open lid and a shape that reads as jewellery rather than gear. Thousands of them are out there on chains right now.

What the MKII changes

1. The chain seats into the body

The MKI carried its chain on a slider ring. It worked, but it could rotate and it sat proud of the barrel. The MKII carves a groove into the waist of the pendant and the chain seats straight into it. The pendant sits flush against the chest, stays put, and there is no ring to work loose.

2. The necklace comes free

Every MKII ships with a finish-matched box-chain necklace in the box. Not an add-on, not a bundle trick. It is included with every pendant.

3. A heavier box chain

The chain itself stepped up: chunkier box links, finish-matched to the pendant, built for nights that end late.

4. The same guts

Threaded seal, press-to-open lid, removable scooper, high-gloss PVD finishes. If it worked on your MKI, it works the same here.
